Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
I apologize that there was no livestream Thursday evening for the town hall meeting regarding the Archdiocese of San Francisco bankruptcy. There was a misunderstanding about what livestreaming entailed, and the lawyer did not want the talk to be broadcast to the world because the conversation was a lawyer-client privileged conversation. He did allow us to record it. If you would like to view the presentation in the parish office, please let me know and I can make that happen. Please note that the talk was an hour and twenty minutes long.
I would like to offer another town hall meeting and Q&A session with just me. I am not a lawyer, and there is nothing privileged about a pastor addressing his parishioners. I can give you an overview of the situation and address your questions.
