Fr. John Winkowitsch, O.P., was born and raised in the small farming community of Cut Bank, MT. A convert to the Catholic faith, Fr. John was baptized during his freshman year at Thomas Aquinas College in Santa Paula, CA. After earning his B.A. in Liberal Arts, he began graduate philosophy studies at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Upon completion of a Ph.D. in 2016, he promptly joined the Western Dominican Province, where he currently serves as Vocation Director. He was ordained a priest in 2021 and has lived happily ever after.
Sr. Mara Grace is a member of the Dominican Sisters of Saint Cecilia, also known as the Nashville Dominicans. She grew up with her four siblings in Kentucky and entered the convent after attending college in New Hampshire for two years. As a sister, she has served in Denver, Colorado, Nashville, Tennessee, and Limerick, Ireland. Sister currently serves as vocation director for her community. She finds it a privilege to speak about the religious life and support young people in their discernment.
Dave and Keri Brenner have been married for 12 years and live in Menlo Park with their four children, ages 5 to 10. Dave is a senior vice president of marketing at SoFi, and Keri is a palliative care physician and psychiatrist at Stanford.
